What we do, and what we explain
We're energy assessment specialists who also handle the marketing side of getting a property let or sold. The first two sections are the work we carry out ourselves; the third is our library of plain-English guides to the rest of the compliance checklist — written because landlords keep asking, not because we sell them.
Services we carry out
Energy assessments, produced in house
Accredited by Elmhurst Energy. Site visits across Greater London; calculations produced remotely for England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Also carried out in house
Marketing, viewings and floor plans
Booked on their own or added to an EPC visit, across Greater London — photography, video, aerial footage, tours, plans and accompanied viewings.
Compliance guides
The rest of the checklist, explained
We don't carry out these services. These pages exist so you know what the law requires and what good looks like — and if you need one arranged, ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
