How much does a property video tour cost?

How long should a property walkthrough video be?
Usually between one and three minutes. Long enough to walk every key room at a natural pace, short enough that applicants watch to the end. We cut longer social versions down further, because short clips are what actually get watched and shared.
What formats do you deliver the video in?
