Why we exist
Getting a property built, sold or let in the UK means satisfying a stack of overlapping regulations — Part L, MEES, gas safety, electrical safety, fire safety, licensing. Most landlords and developers end up juggling four or five contractors, each covering one certificate and none seeing the whole picture.
Get Compliance was set up to be the single point of contact: the company that does the SAP calculation at design stage, the U-values when building control asks, the EPC at completion — and the gas, electrical, fire and licensing work when the property starts earning. Our specialism is energy compliance for new builds, conversions and extensions — the calculations that decide whether a project passes building control. Everything else we do grew out of what our developer and landlord clients kept asking for next.
